Hit House delivers kickboxing classes for all levels
Inspired by traditional Muay Thai, combining punches, kicks, knees and elbows for a full-body workout that builds cardio, muscle tone, and striking skills. Classes are 45 minutes, led by experienced instructors and set to custom playlists.
Every class is built around the Bishop, Hit House's patented heavy bag designed to connect from floor to ceiling with dense foam padding and matte vinyl covering. The result is a low impact strike with no swing back, making it especially well suited for professionals who rely on their hands.
